- Define the service strategy on country level (3YP and roadmaps)
- Handle the Business development on all segments of the service portfolio on both gardening and big-ticket items
- Interface with other service business stakeholders (Operators, fleet owners, authorities, Suppliers, etc)
- Work closely with local Service Operations Manager and Customer Director
- Be Responsible and accountable to improve Parts project portfolio Sales and GM and continuously work to improve financial KPIs such as OI, sales, GM and cash.
- Be Responsible and accountable to secure that the Service Parts organization delivers in accordance with contractual commitments and towards customer expectations.
- Cooperate with Nordic and Central PL functions to strengthen competitiveness of service solutions.
- Implement and maintain standard processes.
- Manage your team (competencies and capacity, adherence to Alstom values, Employee satisfaction etc)
- Graduated with engineering background with at least 15 years of experience working in high dynamic and complex industries
- Experienced manager with demonstrated expertise in similar roles and industry
- Good knowledge of methods, and techniques, as well as implementing and managing quality, safety, and environmental systems.
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, preferably in Norwegian

As a Service Commercial Manager for Norway, you will be responsible for leading the development of the service strategy on a country level, including business development on all segments of the service portfolio. Additionally, you will be accountable for improving financial KPIs, such as sales, GM, and cash, as well as ensuring that the Service organisation delivers according to contractual commitments and customer expectations.
