    Regional Sales Manager Norway (m/f/d)

With around 800 employees, the BACHMANN Group develops, produces and sells electrotechnical componentsand systems such as power distribution units, desk connection panels and electrotechnical assemblies worldwide.

    Your tasks...

    • As a Regional Sales Manager Norway, you are responsible to continuously develop the sales territory on-site within your sales region (Norway)
    • You present and sell our products via customer visits, exhibitions and phone follow-ups
    • The acquisition of new customers is part of your role, as well as to maintain a long-term, cooperative customer relationship with existing customers
    • You organize product trainings for your customers in the sales area
    • You manage the distributor network in your sales area
    • You are responsible for the sales performance of your sales area and to develop the necessary reports
    • You contribute to the correct branding and positioning of Bachmann, as a serious provider and supplier in segments

    Your skills...

    • An electrical or commercial background and a basic understanding of the electrical sector/or similar
    • Professional experience with a proven track record of effective B-to-B sales and account management
    • An independent and methodical approach to work and natural interpersonal skills
    • Perseverance in a results-driven sales approach
    • Organizational skills
    • Willingness to travel and a home-office based place of work in the greater Oslo area/South Norway
    • Norwegian language proficiency, ability to communicate well in English (both orally and in writing)
    • Previous experience in quotations and project sales
    • Dynamic, motivated and open mind person
