- Develop a thorough understanding of Campus Products and Technologies, the reference market and its key players (customers, competitors, retailers, distributors, government bodies), underlying market trends and influences.
- Define a suitably focused and detailed commercial strategy, in collaboration with the Sales Director. Prepare and agree a detailed five-year business plan and keep it updated.
- Identify and prioritize new business and specific customer opportunities through the establishment of internal and external networks, and through the sourcing and application of good market intelligence.
- Define account objectives, develop strategy, implement through account plan;
- Build the account sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability versus objectives;
- Manage execution in the territory/region;
- Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards.

- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Marketing or Business Management;
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the processed meat industry where you gained a comprehensive knowledge of the application of natural and artificial ingredients/flavors and their forms, descriptions, solubility, regulatory status and worldwide acceptability.
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Good Communication skills (communicate clearly, concisely, effectively in Local and English Language; Technical English knowledge for the business area);
- Strong business acumen (pricing, sales & profitability, dsm-firmenich/Campus P&L, expenses, client overdue...);
- Leadership (mainly with non hierarchical partners) and stand alone decision-making;
