One of my areas of expertise is working with ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder and IBM's Content Manager Ondemand. I also have technical proficiencies in programming, Linux/Unix, and various programming languages. I have more than 20 years of experience designing and developing processes that leverage my shell scripting skills.

My career began as a Quality Assurance tester at United Parcel Service (UPS), where I later transitioned to the UPS billing team, designing and coding various billing software. I have since led numerous teams at UPS, receiving multiple awards for innovative and green technologies.

Throughout my career, I've worked with various application groups at UPS, such as ODBI, BWS, DOC, WWRR, FBR (Data Stage Project), eBill, BFR, PMC, and others. I am a detail-oriented individual with experience in various Linux OS distros, and I am a trained Linux administrator.

I have a Diploma in Data Center Support from The Chubb Institute and a Diploma in Programming in COBOL from Thomsom Education Direct. I am also an ICCP Certified Programmer (ID Number 220815) certified at a professional level in Des Plaines, Illinois.

I have received various awards and recognitions throughout my career, such as the Horizon Award Gold Winner for Sustainability via Electronic Billing Options G&A and the Horizon Award Gold Winner for the eBilling Project. I have also worked with UPS and the United Way in numerous fundraising events and received recognition for outstanding team achievements in the Morristown Billing Employee Recognition Program (Special Project) as the Sales Lead Captain.

In terms of additional IT training, I have received recent training in areas such as religion/appearance accommodations, antitrust/competition law compliance, compliance with email protection tools, fraud prevention, insider threat awareness, information security and privacy compliance, overcoming your own unconscious biases, pay and data integrity, phishing fundamentals, and professional conduct and anti-harassment.
