Role Purpose:
As the new Area Sales Manager, your primary focus will be authorized car dealers and similar automotive businesses in Norway. Your responsibility will be to promote and sell our portfolio of software and other related services, mainly based on recurring revenue contracting. You will be awarded a customer portfolio of car dealers, broken down by brand and as well as prospects for new business.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of sales strategies in relation to your customers and are a key person in the sales team. Your time is expected to be spent as a mix with both existing customers and new clients, where you develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, management teams, and employees. You manage your own time based on priorities identified in collaboration with Sales Director, Nordic West.
In order to manage the sales process, your pipeline, budget, and activity rate we will ask you to work with Salesforce as a primary tool. We are part of a larger international company with associated systems and reporting, and you will, therefore, use Sales Force (CRM system) as a primary work tool and in connection with e.g. pipeline, budgets, frequency of visits, monthly forecast, quotation etc.
