    We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

    We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with growers and retailers.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for growers and retailers in relation to business development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the IFCO countries.
    • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for growth within Nordic markets and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence.
    • Sales and Negotiation:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Negotiate contract terms and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the retail client in alignment with the Country General Manager.
    • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Analyse data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations.
    • Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
    • Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and assess account performance.
    • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate with internal teams to coordinate activities and address customers needs.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that align with our customers goals.

    We expect:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing
    • Several years of working experience in Sales, Retail Sales, HORECA
    • Experience in fresh produces is a plus
    • Good knowledge in Salesforce is a benefit
    • Willingness to travel
    • Fluency in English and Scandinavian languages
