    The Job

    You will be responsible for:

    • You will respond to incidents and service requests from customers and handle them until a successful resolution.
    • Ticket management based on customer requirements
    • Provide support services to the customer.
    • Support in installing, debugging, and setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
    • Basic administration of Windows O/S.
    • Provide IT infrastructure support that includes hardware, software, operating system, and troubleshooting without affecting the breach of the hardware warranty or according to the customer's security requirements.
    • Follow the installation instructions when installing and troubleshooting computer programs.
    • "Smart Hand" support for peripheral and network hardware, including but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, routers, scanners, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, and multi-port data termination panels, all under the "Smart Hands" feature supported by the company and from available technology remotely.
    • Work with your company's LAN and set up with the WAN concept.
    • This role involves working Monday to Friday in Oslo from 08:00 to 17:00. (1 hour - lunch included)

    The Profile

    • 2+ years of experience in providing field support in IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
    • Proficient in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including being comfortable with Windows O/S.
    • Proficient in Norwegian and English, which will be considered during the selection process
    • Ability to work in a team or independently
    • Good knowledge of and experience with Microsoft desktop software
    • Knowledge of wireless networking
    • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
