To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions team in Fornebu is looking for a Pipe Support Engineer who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing? You will be working as Pipe Support Engineer together with other colleagues in the Valhall project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:

Design and 3D modelling of pipe supports

Coordinate the pipe support interfaces as necessary for assigned tasks

Communication with internal and external client

Ensure that interfaces towards other disciplines are handled in an efficient way

Checking of Pipe support drawings and other pipe support documents according to project requirements
We think you should have some of the following:

BSc or MSc in relevant field

At least 7-10 years' experience in the offshore oil & gas industry

Previous experience working with NORSOK standard is preferrable

Good general knowledge of the scope of work for pipe supporter

Hands-on experience with E3D, STAAD Pro and Naviswork software

Previous Aker Solutions experience, and Aker CAP Support tool is an advantage

Fluent English, written and spoken
Working location: Fornebu or Stavanger
Contract duration: February 2025 with option for extension.
