- Du har erfaring fra Revenue Management, Pricing eller tilsvarende innen reiseliv eller andre bransjer. Begreper som RevPAR, TRevPAR, OCC og ADR er ikke fremmed for deg.
- Du er analytisk tenkende og baserer beslutninger på fakta, men er samtidig åpen for nye innfallsvinkler.
- Du har god kjennskap til yielding, distribusjonsmuligheter og gjerne ett eller flere Revenue Management- systemer.
- Du er god på kommunikasjon, og trives med å lede møter, f.eks. avstemningsmøter mellom deg og hotelldirektør.
- Erfaring fra Revenue Management innenfor Meeting & Events er et pluss
- Du snakker og skriver et av de skandinaviske språkene, samt engelsk.
- Du kjenner deg igjen i våre grunnverdier Energi, Mot og Begeistring.
- Prissetting og pakking av hotellrom og konferanse, gjennom implementering, overvåking og oppfølging av Revenue Management system, for en dedikert hotellportefølje.
- Analyse av Business Mix, lage kortsiktige og langsiktige strategier basert på fakta.
- Holde møter med hotellenes direktører, salg, eller andre nøkkelpersoner, hvor dine funn presenteres, slik at optimale tiltak kan iverksettes.
- Oppfølging av distribusjonsstrategier for din hotellportefølje.
- Prognostisering av losjiomsetning.
- Delta i kommersielle møter med hotellene lokalt, samt regionen og landsmøter sentralt i Total Profit avdelingen.

Revenue Manager
Avdelingen Total Profit jobber med prissetting og optimering av alle inntektskilder for å oppnå lønnsom vekst for våre hoteller. Vår nye Revenue Manager vil få en egen hotellportefølje, og skal jobbe for at vi til enhver tid selger riktig produkt til riktig pris til rett tid via riktig distribusjonskanal, og gjennom dette optimere hotellenes og regionens totalomsetning.
Strawberry er inne i en spennende fase hvor vi bytter vår IT plattform og bygger et nytt univers. Den kommende tiden vil by på mange spennende utfordringer og en bratt læringskurve for vår nye kollega. Vår nye medarbeider blir en del av avdelingen Profit Cluster Region East & Mid, og arbeidssted vil være i Oslo. For rett kandidat, kan andre byer som Trondheim, Stavanger eller Bergen også vurderes.
