- Process support, e.g. implementation of new ways of working, vendor management, coordination of data and operate as an expert in Tradesolution / GS1 / Farmalogg, support Digital Shelf Manager.
- Office management support.
- Administrative support for Country Manager (meetings, agenda management, market visits, coordination of communication with external/internal stakeholders).
- Coordinative support for Key Account Managers, Sales Force Lead and Customer Marketing (campaign planning, logistics material and other).
- Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with EHS Advisors, act as local EHS contact point to drive EHS initiatives, programs for local country.
- Budget management.
- Responsible for various translations. (Webpages, material or other.)
- Strong project and office management skills.

About the role
The key objective of the role is to provide commercial coordination & administrative support for internal and external stakeholders, communication and processes on a country level. You will work in close cooperation with the Norwegian team, other Nordic countries, and functions. The role will require independent judgement, discretion and will often require the incumbent to create processes and identify improvement and simplification areas.
The role sits within the Norwegian commercial organization and reports to Country Manager Norway.
