- Provide full executive support to GEM members, easing their daily workload and travel requirements.
- Manage meeting schedules, travel planning, and execution in line with company policy.
- Assist with email monitoring and responses, reducing the email load for CPCAO.
- Coordinate logistics for external meetings, including invitations, venue, and catering.
- Support in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain organization of Teams site and document structures.
- Perform light accounting duties, such as invoice administration and approval.
- Close collaboration with EA to CEO, supporting each other in high workload periods.
- Engage in close collaboration with other departments and assist with specific projects.
- Planning and organizing events for GEM. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft / Office suite.
- Proven ability to work with top executive teams.
- Strong execution skills with a focus on inclusion across a diverse global organization.
- Detail and accuracy oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Service-minded, flexible, and able to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of relating to people at all levels.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
