    Om Teamet

    Data og analyse-avdelingen ble etablert sommeren 2022. Vår avdeling består nå av 11 dyktige fagfolk innen data science, engineering og analyse. Vi er ambisiøse når det kommer til vekst og ser på oss selv som utfordreren som overgår forventninger og vokser med kundene våre.

    Vi er sammensatt av konsulenter med erfaring fra flere ulike arbeidsgivere og har tatt med oss det beste fra de forskjellige og skreddersyr et trivselsmiljø i avdelingen. Vi sikrer et godt fagmiljø gjennom varierende kunder, prosjekter og caser.Vi fremmer en kultur der alle i avdelingen bidrar med kunnskapsdeling, erfaringsutveksling og aktivt bidrar til det faglige miljøet.

    Om rollen

    Som Lead Data Scientist hos oss vil du spille en nøkkelrolle i vår Data & Analytics avdeling med ansvar for:

    • Teamledelse, salg, rekruttering, og styring av vår Data Science innsats sammen med avdelingsleder
    • Arbeid på kundeprosjekter, innen optimalisering, datavisualisering, utvikling av maskinlæringsalgoritmer, samt behandling og tilrettelegging av store datamengder
    • Være en faglig sparringspartner internt
    • Veilede våre kunder til å skape reell verdi av deres data
    • Delta i salgsprosesser , formidle løsninger til potensielle kunder og presentere kompleks teknologi på en oversiktlig måte

    Requirements

    • Har god forståelse for mulighetene som ligger i dagens- og fremtidens bruk av teknologi og hvordan data kan utnyttes i ulike miljøer og bransjer
    • Erfaring med personalledelse er ønskelig
    • Du har god forretningsforståelse
    • Kjennskap til verktøy som: Azure ML Studio, SAS Model manager o.l.
    • Motiveres av folk, lever for kunnskapsdeling og mener at et godt teknologimiljø er tuftet på utvikling av hverandre
    • Du har gode kommunnikasjons- og samarbeidsevner
