    JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Internal Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

    JELD-WEN er et globalt og ledende selskap innen produksjon og salg av dører og vinduer. Konsernet har ca ansatte og 90 fabrikker. Europa er det nest største markedet til JELD-WEN, hvor ca. 6000 dedikerte ansatte i mer enn 15 land arbeider for å realisere en vekststrategi.

    JELD-WEN Norge AS er en totalleverandør av kvalitetsdører til byggebransjen i Norge. Produktprogrammet omfatter innerdører, ytterdører, klassifiserte dører samt spesialdører i tre og stål.     Kundekonsulent Swedoor – Oslo

Gjennom målrettet og systematisk innsats i mange år har bedriften opparbeidet seg et omdømme som selskap og merkevare som kundene kan stole på – både med hensyn til produktene og tjenestene som tilbys. Swedoor JW skal vinne nye markedsandeler og øke omsetningen gjennom et bredt produktsortiment, fokus på kvalitet og bærekraft, og en svært god kundeservice. Som et ledd i å fastholde og forbedre servicenivået og kundeopplevelsen, søker Swedoor JW nå en Kundekonsulenter til et av våre team i Oslo.

    I rollen som Kundekonsulent vil dine sentrale arbeidsoppgaver være:

  • Daglig behandling av innkommende bestillinger og tilbudsforespørsler i vårt CRM-system (Salesforce)
  • Daglig kontakt og oppfølging av ordre og tilbud på e-post og telefon
  • Besvare og hjelpe kunder med spørsmål om produkter, løsninger, dokumentasjon, leveranser mm.
  • Dokumentere, registrere og få godkjent avvik
  • I rollen som Kundekonsulent vil du arbeide i et av våre innesalgsteam som sitter i flotte lokaler på Bryn i Oslo. Det er viktig at du er en god lagspiller, og hjelper til så teamet lykkes. Arbeidsoppgavene dine vil tilpasses i starten og utvides i takt med gjennomført opplæring og din utvikling. Din teamleder og kollegaer vil bidra til din opplæring og trening så du oppnår både mestring og fornøyde kunder. Du vil etterhvert få mye ansvar og tillit, og gode muligheter til å påvirke og forbedre vårt arbeid.

    For å lykkes i rollen må du ha følgende kvalifikasjoner/egenskaper:

  • Du er en erfaren PC-bruker med god IT-forståelse, og setter deg fort inn i nye systemer
  • God kjennskap til Office-pakken (spesielt Outlook, Excel og OneNote)
  • Trives med å jobbe selvstendig så vel som i team
  • Høy arbeidskapasitet med evne til å ha flere baller i luften samtidig
  • Opptatt av å yte utmerket kundeservice og finne gode løsninger for kundene
  • Gode kunnskaper i norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
  • Erfaring fra dørbransjen eller byggebransjen vil være en stor fordel
