- Experience in working as a Product Owner
- Experience and knowledge of the sales process to B2C and B2B customers (merit if that also includes sales process for Retail companies in the energy market)
- Confident in using SCRUM methodologies & JIRA
- Excellent communication in English, and a Nordic language
- Higher education at BSc/MSc level from IT / Engineering or relevant work experience
- Experience from the Energy business is seen as an advantage. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CRM and Contract engineering team backlog with an eye for detail and structure.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features. Including management of daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives.
- Creating, managing, and communicating product development plans and roadmaps to other teams, customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Translate product and business strategy by writing features and user stories for the product team.
- Support the sales team in conversations with strategically important customers to help with demo, sales material and technical documentation.
