- Support both partner restaurants and couriers, helping them make the most of our platform and services.
- Monitor and solve supply issues.
- Identify and address issues such as restaurants with long preparation times or high rejection rates, or when couriers are not following the correct delivery routes.
- Experience in customer service roles, focusing not only on issue resolution but on providing exceptional service experiences.
- Quick learner who can juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure and when things get busy.
- Interest in technology and the ability to work with various communication systems, balancing attention to detail and the big picture.
- Proactiveness and service-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Understanding of working in a service-oriented environment and the ability to promptly address customer complaints.
- Knowledge of food culture, traffic patterns, and different neighborhoods in the capital area.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.
- Proficiency in Icelandic and English is required. Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.

We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to help launch Wolt in Iceland. Service Representatives will be part of our service team based in Oslo.

About the Role
As a Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to exceed the expectations of our business partners and collaborators. You will play a vital role in supporting our partners in Iceland and collaborating with our service team in Oslo, which occasionally manages services in other countries.
Our Expectations
The majority of our customers order from us in the evenings and on weekends, hence most shifts are during these times.
