    The Client is at the forefront of revolutionizing the mortgage market with their innovative service.

    Their aim is to make the mortgage market easier to access and more transparent for everyone, saving countless Norwegians money, time and stress.


    They therefore want to strengthen the team with an ambitious and curious Tech Lead who will help shape the future of financial technology.

    What do they want?

    • An interdisciplinary mindset: your views will be important throughout the process; from concept and design, to implementation and operation.
    • 4+ years working with Typescript/Javascript and React.
    JS

    • Experience with Java and PostgreSQL
    • Ability to be responsible for overall structure and architecture
    • Capacity to lead development team and contribute to their professional development through coaching and mentoring
    • A pragmatic leader who is able to translate technical expertise into improving the quality of existing services
    • It is a big plus if you have a good eye for design and user experience, and want to contribute to the process with concept and design as well
