- Development and improvement of both new and existing functionality of our e-commerce solutions and their surrounding integrations.
- Be an active contributor to our product team to make sure new development is carried out based on good technical principles.
- Be a vital resource in the ongoing migration of e-commerce to the cloud.
- Be a driving force in the development processes and work closely with tech lead, developers, product managers and other key resources.
- Take part in technical discussions, decisions and roadmap planning with the rest of the team.
- Design, develop and implement high-quality solutions.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer.
- Have knowledge of languages such as Go, TypeScript or similar languages.
- Have experience with GCP or one of the other cloud providers.
- Are a strong problem-solver, thriving when tackling complex software engineering tasks.
- Are motivated by delivering software to production with business and customer impact.
- Are curious and keen to keep up to date with the latest industry standards.
- Are a team player who thrives with collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Have the ability to communicate fluently in English (both oral and written).
- A strong DevOps mindset with good knowledge of tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Experience with protocol buffers, gRPC and relevant technologies.
- Experience with microservices.
- The ability to see and understand the value chain of e-commerce/omnichannel, and how the right technology can add to delivering great services to our customers (experience with e-commerce is an advantage, but not a must)
- Higher education within relevant fields (BSc, MSc or similar). Relevant work experience can compensate for this.
