- Acting as a focal point for designated client projects, understanding contractual requirements and obligations
- Communicate with clients on current and upcoming projects, reviewing well planning schedules, technical detail and relaying equipment recommendations
- Populating equipment lists based on clients requirements, reviewing with onshore teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility to supply
- Supporting client teams with related challenges, initiating internal conversations to cover technical detail, remedial options and considerations
- Supporting personnel coordination teams to ensure field service crew are mobilized in a timely manner
- Populating and managing project cost trackers, supporting finance teams to ensure invoices are submitted efficiently and to a high level of accuracy
- Closely working with field service crews throughout the duration of the projects, supporting as required, leading pre & post job briefings, documenting and initiating the remedial actions of any lessons learned
- Promoting a safe work culture, supporting company and client QHSE initiatives to ensure projects are completed to a high safety standard
- Previous experience within a related industry position
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of product line equipment and processes
- Proficient with MS 365 packages

Expro Group are currently recruiting for a Operations Coordinator to join the Tubular Running Services team based in Stavanger.
Overall Purpose of the Job
The Operations Coordinator is a client focal point and responsible for the planning, organising and execution of his/her associated projects. The main objective of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient planning of Well Construction (TRS) projects, actively communicating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure the service delivered consistently meets and exceeds clients requirements and expectations.
