- Monitoring and coordination of various strategic initiatives
- Follow up on One Team initiatives for projects business unit being the integrator
- Planning and structuring of meetings
- Prepare documents and presentations to support passing of Decision Gates.
- Prepare presentations to support communication.
- Support management review and other assurance activities
- Prepare documents relevant for stakeholder management, meetings and reviews
- Promote continuous improvement and drive the learning and transformation agenda, especially wrt digital
- Support, document and manage learning across the team and towards other projects/assets
- Contribute to risk management and stakeholder management.
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in engineering.
- Minimum 2 years' experience from multidiscipline projects within E&P, or experience with one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Subsea, HSSEQ, Operations).
- Previous experience with one of the service providers to E&P is also relevant.
- Good technical and multidiscipline overview
- Fluent abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written
- Open to new learning and applying digital solutions
- Have good interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Team player with a "One Team" behavior, proactively seeking advice and sharing knowledge
- Selfstarter with a strong delivery focus
- Structured and systematic
- Have the drive to deliver on an always improving mindset, including new working methods and digital tools.
