I gained my teaching experience at a Reggio Emilia-inspired international school. I firmly believe young children learn through play and personal experience. As a teacher and educator, it is my role to prepare a rich and stimulating environment and give my students time to construct their own learning. I facilitate the learning by planning activities and lessons based on the children's interests, asking questions that lead to understanding, and actively engaging myself in the activities alongside the children. I act as a collaborator and co-learner rather than an instructor and traditional teacher. Observation of children, mutual participation in the activities, and direct interaction with children allow me to get to know my students better from various perspectives. Consequently, I can adapt my teaching to their cognitive, emotional, social, and cultural needs. I consider a child's individual needs but also intensely focus on social interaction and collaboration. The children work in groups where each child is an equal participant and her or his thoughts and ideas are valued.

I have worked as an Early Years Foundation Stage and Cambridge teacher in international schools for the past twelve years. My accomplishments and areas of responsibility include:
creating a friendly and welcoming learning environment,
incorporating diverse materials,
mentoring and leading other Early Years teachers
and helping children thrive in new settings.
My background includes: preparing classroom activities, ensuring safe, rich, and active learning settings, monitoring children's social and emotional development, and resolving conflict and problems as appropriate. With over 10 years of teaching experience in Thailand and Vietnam, I am well versed in school policies and practises, including reporting processes.
Utdannelse
I am a committed and qualified Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher with a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education specialising in Early Childhood. I am certain that I have the right skills and competencies for working in preschool environments with children ages two to six.
