I am a soccer coach with a UEFA A license. I have more than 15 years of experience as a coach of seniors and youth in professional football. The last 8 years I worked in Oslo, Norway. In working with young people, I also draw on a wealth of video analysis, which helps to reinforce the best aspects of the players and find solutions for development in the best possible way.

What tasks I can solve.

1. Develop individual skills and increase the number of skilled players at the club by skillfully leading groups and keeping them motivated.

2. Reduce the number of players who quits.

3. Develop players according to their own potential and commitment at the sports and social level.

4. Maintain an environment conducive to the development of players and coaches.

5. To be patient and wait for the results of development and create a balance between sports and social development.
