- Book travels according to requirements including flights, accommodation, and visas.
- Arrange for visa application if applicable.
- Keep updated on Government regulations and NOV Personal Handbook.
- Prepare all documentation required for travel.
- Internal Training (Competency, Tracker PDM).
- Location specific tasks (Work clothes, PPE, .
- Make sure all new employees receive mandatory courses and health check for offshore travel.
- Keep track of validity for all defined mandatory courses.
- Month-end timecard approvals.
- Training of new travelling personnel.
- Training new staff within department.
- Support Administration department with holiday cover and perform any other duties as and when business requirements dictate as directed by line manager.
- Upload and maintain documentation in document management system.
- Bachelor's degree in business-related subject (desirable)
- Experience working within an administrative team (desirable)
- Proficient in MS Office (essential)
- Written and verbal communication skills - oral and written in Norwegian and English (essential)
