    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join Survitec, a global leader in safety solutions, as an After Sales Coordinator in our Customer Service team. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for after-sales enquiries, ensuring our customers receive the support they need for spares, servicing, and repairs.

    What You Can Expect from the Role

    Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Enquiry Management: Respond to after-sales enquiries for spares, repairs, and servicing of Survitec safety solutions, preparing and issuing quotes for customers.
  • Warranty Administration: Administer warranty policies, managing warranty claims and complaints, and providing timely updates to customers on scheduled works.
  • Order Processing: Record and process orders, including custom and special orders, coordinating with other teams as required for delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage communications within your allocated portfolio, developing and deepening relationships with customers.
  • Product and Service Support: Provide advanced product and service information, responding to complex customer questions and resolving escalated issues promptly.
  • Data Management: Enter relevant information into the customer relationship management system, ensuring quality data for effective customer retention and business development activities.
  • Revenue Generation: Proactively contact customers to generate additional spares and servicing business, meeting personal and team targets.
  • The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

    Essential Criteria:

  • A-level or Further Education College equivalent level education.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality work unsupervised.
  • Strong ability to build customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying clear understanding to diverse audiences.
  • Accountability and resilience in meeting commitments and overcoming setbacks.
  • Comfort in relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
  • Enthusiasm for taking on new challenges with urgency and energy.
  • Decisiveness in making good and timely decisions to keep the organization moving forward.
