    Porsche Norway is a fully-fledged subsidiary of Porsche AG, located in Ryen, Oslo, with 33 employees forming a dynamic and cohesive group with a passion for Porsche. We are currently looking for someone to fill the position of "Manager Smart Mobility".

The role is part of a global Smart Mobility network within the Porsche Group to ensure the exchange of best practices within one of the world's most attractive brands.

  • Managing Porsche Charging Service, Porsche Connect and New Mobility roadmap as well as operating models in accordance with Porsche Strategy.
  • Development and implementation of Services in accordance with business cases.
  • Development and implementation of E-Performance portfolio in terms of offer and services for Porsche Norge & dealer network.
  • Responsibility for all Connect related topics: digital systems within vehicle, activation rate and revenue, implementation of new features and offers. Reporting on activation rate, development and future demand for functions.
  • Responsibility for internal Porsche Connect & E-performance trainings, maintaining dealer and customer knowledge level on all BEV-Ecosystem topics.
  • Development of supporting documentations and communication material for sales.
  • Assisting in events, press and dealer events with BEV product knowledge.
  • Be first contact for dealers for all E-Performance related topics.
  • Further development of Porsche (Local) own charging networks.
  • Communication to Headquarter on development and future insights within charging.
  • Partner management and dealer coordination as part of Charging and Smart Mobility business models.
  • Analyzation of market, competition, and technology trends incl. evaluation of potential partnerships.
  • Responsibility for managing overall project budget.
  • Steering implementation of New Mobility projects.
  • Administration of operations within Business development. In charge of additional cross-functions within the department.

    • QualificationsQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or IT in combination with Business/Management or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within car industry or a similar.
  • Digital mindset, understanding of and interest in digital products and technology trends.
  • Knowledge of the Norwegian (Scandinavian) market is preferred.
  • Advanced and proven knowledge of project management.
  • Structured, problem solving and highly motivated.
  • Team oriented and independent pro-active working attitude.
  • Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
  • Norwegian and excellent English skills; German skills are advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
