    Who we are
    Microsoft Developer Center Norway (MDCN) is part of the Experiences & Devices group within Microsoft, with offices in Oslo, Trondheim, and Tromsø. We integrate and build intelligent experiences across Office 365 using cloud services like Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype, and Microsoft Teams. Our products serve Fortune 500 enterprises, government organizations, non-profits, and millions of consumers worldwide.
    To deliver on our mission of empowering people and organizations, we seek a skilled Product Management Architect for a full-time position in our Oslo office.

    Qualifications
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree and proven experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

    Responsibilities
    Analysis of Customer and Market Signals
    • Identify customer needs and market opportunities through analysis and research.
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback on Microsoft products and services.
    • Lead market research and competitive analysis to drive product innovation.
    • Share insights with stakeholders and collaborate on partnerships and acquisitions.
    • Drive cross-functional solutions and prioritize feature areas to meet customer needs.
    Product/Service Definition
    • Define product strategy based on customer needs, market research, and business goals.
    • Develop product roadmap, user stories, and epics for integrated scenarios.
    • Align product strategy with organization-level goals and metrics for success.
    • Drive significant business impact and guide investments across multiple feature areas.
    Product/Service Development
    • Partner with design teams to align design factors with product vision.
    • Drive product roadmap, prioritize backlog, and collaborate with engineering teams.
    • Build partnerships and gather input for product vision and strategy.
    • Create marketing plans and scale product marketing efforts.
    Product/Service Performance
    • Collect and analyze performance metrics to drive product improvement.
    • Identify features for enhancement and guide deprecation processes.
    • Build customer trust, gather feedback, and drive support process improvements.
