    Manager Industrial Cooperation and Strategic Partnerships

    Due to Significant growth, it is needed to strengthen the Large Caliber Business Unit within areas of Industrial Cooperation and Strategic Partnerships. We are looking for a person who can strengthen the Business Units ability to execute on Industrial Cooperation and Strategic Partnership activities. In addition, you will participate in or lead projects with the purpose to improve our internal business processes and develop of new Business and capabilities for the Business Unit. Main responsibilities and tasks
  • Establish, maintain and develop Industrial Cooperation activities and Strategic Partners
  • Establish and execute offset projects
  • Project leader or participate as a project member for internal projects either Business Unit or Corporate initiated
  • Identify and drive new projects together with industrial partners
  • Establish and build network in the industrial partner organization
  • Project owner or leader of joint projects with the industrial partner
  • Understand and position Nammo for external financing of projects via different funding sources (EU, Offset etc.)
  • Desired qualifications and experience
  • Relevant education at minimum Bachelor level (Master level is preferred)
  • Experience from working with strategic partnerships
  • Project management experience
  • Experience from sales of complex products or solutions
  • Ability to understand what creates value for a company such as Nammo
  • Fluent in our working language – English
  • Knowledge of how to work in a Matrix organization
  • Personal characteristics
  • You are full of initiatives, have integrity, take responsibilities and have the ability to get things done
  • You have good communications skills and are team oriented
  • You are curious and willing to learn
  • You are good at building and maintaining personal relations
  • You are comfortable to execute projects in a dynamic environment
