    Veracity by DNV is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Designer to join our team.

    The Senior Designer role combines hands-on, day-to-day designer tasks with extended responsibilities. Emphasis is placed on stakeholder management and taking ownership of tasks, user journeys, and significant design components. Additionally, there is a significant focus on maintaining design consistency across Veracity, promoting design both internally and externally, and demonstrating initiative and sound decision-making as needed.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of large, complex design pieces with a varied roster of stakeholder.
  • Maintaining a strategic, holistic view of design across Veracity.
  • Collaborating with the cross-functional team on mapping user journeys and designing effective end-to-end experiences.
  • Engaging with external and internal users to gather actionable feedback and insights.
  • Developing concepts from the earliest phases through to final designs, testing and beyond.
  • Guiding product owners and development teams on design methodology and best practices.
  • Serving as a design evangelist, presenting, and speaking to stakeholders and broader audiences within Veracity and DNV.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and decisions, as well as identifying areas for improvements.
  • Facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams.

    Qualifications:

  • You have relevant education and/or experience in UX, visual and graphic design.
  • You have experience with mapping user flows, journey maps, and creating wireframes, and prototypes.
  • You have experience with relevant tools such as Figma.
  • You have strong analytical skills together with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You can show a portfolio of high-quality design work.
  • You can effectively manage a diverse group of demanding stakeholders in challenging situations.
