    About the Role

    Our EHS teams provide innovative SaaS solutions that enable global customers to digitise their Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) processes. With user-friendly EHSQ software, we empower organisations of all sizes to achieve engagement and operational excellence, resulting in safer, sustainable, and more productive workplaces. Based in Northern Europe, our teams operate in the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, delivering exceptional services to our clients.

    Responsibilities

    As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering best practice EcoOnline solutions to national and international clients. Your responsibilities will include consultation with clients, system configuration, and serving as the primary contact throughout implementation projects. You will create and manage project documentation and functional specifications and provide collaborative guidance during client workshops to ensure adherence to program scope and guidelines.

    Building strong client relationships is essential to success in this role, and you will provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for delivering user training where required, and managing all phases of project delivery, from initiation to transition to BAU (business as usual).

    Your expertise in running effective workshops to elicit requirements from external stakeholders and subject matter experts will be critical to success in this role. You should have experience in system configuration and a strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle. Excellent negotiation skills are also essential for this role

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Business Analysis / Implementation Management / Consultation within a client facing role.
    • Ability to act as a primary point of contact during implementation to BAU (business as usual) for national and international clients, providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Experience in system configuration and a strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle.
    • Proven ability to create and manage technical documentation and functional specifications.
    • Experience in providing collaborative guidance and expertise during client workshops to ensure that program scope and guidelines are adhered to.
    • Proven ability to deliver effective user training.
    • Experience in running effective workshops to elicit requirements from external stakeholders and subject matter experts.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to effectively capture and communicate requirements.
    • Experience in agile software development methodologies.
    • Preferred knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety software.
    • Proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, make decisions, and deliver results.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate, influence, and solve problems effectively.
    • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as safety or computer science
    • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluent in any of the Scandinavian languages

    Additional Skills:

    Knowledge and experience in SaaS and the practical application in an operational setting for Environmental, Health & Safety Management (EHS).

    Knowledge of policies, procedures and practices put in place to ensure the protection of people, the environment, and property from harm or damage.
