- Ensure the timely issue of maintenance job cards and that the subsequent maintenance history updates on the company database.
- Liaise with operational and operations support managers / supervisors to establish equipment certification requirements so that the operational demands of Expro are met in line with customers' requirements
- Witness, check and inspect equipment pressure test and associated maintenance and certification documents, ensuring that inspections, checks and reports are performed and completed in accordance with Company procedures and Industry specifications.
- Maintain and administrate local document control system
- Liaise with internal, third party and customer representatives on all aspects of equipment certification records and documents.
- Ensure that approval for equipment shipped to Operational locations both onshore and offshore is given by the Rigs Certifying Authority and is in accordance with the clients' procedures.
- Assist Expro Global & Regional Asset Control Teams for asset administration
- Ensure records of maintenance and re-certification of Expro and customer equipment are regularly updated
- Review certification status on equipment, which is offshore for extended periods; notify Operations dept of equipment which is approaching re-certification date.
- Take reasonable care to prevent harm to yourself and consider the potential harm to others or the environment that may be caused by your acts or omissions.
- Refrain from intentionally misusing or recklessly interfering with anything that has been provided for Health, Safety and Environmental reasons.

Expro are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join the Area Support team based in Stavanger.
Overall Purpose of the Job
To proactively perform, including the supplying of information, the storage, maintenance, update, retrieval, and compilation of current and valid equipment certification records for operational equipment utilized by the Company/Business Unit/function. To ensure all Expro and third-party equipment has correct and in date certification for use onshore/offshore. To establish and maintain registers and appropriate filing systems ensuring easily retrievable records for above. Prepare certification packages for all product lines in Norway and third-party equipment being shipped. Assist in the issue and control register for all job cards, update DocuCert system with data
