    What You Will Be Doing

    Proactively handling customer inquiries for spare parts and service.
    Work with customers to ensure the optimal solution for their needs.
    Creating quotations and performing sales of single spare parts, spares with configuration, service jobs and replacement units.
    Collaboration with technical advisors, engineers, service coordinators, products responsible, and supply chain to meet customer needs.
    Rotational duty phone.
    Responsibility for order and project financials.
    Follow up on customers and ensure KM is their preferred supplier.
    Support our field service, sales, operations and manufacturing departments.

    Qualifications And Experience

    Technical and/or Administrative and/or Commercial background/education is an advantage.
    Knowledge of AX (ERP) and d365 (CRM) systems is seen as positive.
    Experience from international markets, maritime or O&G business would be an advantage.
    Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian/Scandinavian.
    Valid work permit in Norway is a requirement.


    This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
