    Account Manager UGC (Injection Specialist)

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager UGC (Injection Specialist) to join our team at Master Builders Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our customers in the underground construction segment, with a specific focus on technical advisory on injections application. Your main objective will be to drive sales growth and provide technical expertise to our customers, ensuring their success in their projects.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them choose the right technical solutions for their projects
    • Manage and develop relationships with existing underground construction customers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UGC segment
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and applications of our product solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to customers.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
    • Travel to customer sites within your assigned customer portfolio as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree within relevant field, alternatively a technical education supplemented with several years of working experience within the relevant field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the underground construction (UGC) industry, with a focus on injection solutions.
    • Strong technical knowledge of injection solutions and their applications.
    • Proven track record in sales and account management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Proactive and self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
    • IT system savvy (MS Office, CRM systems).
    • Driver's license cat B.
