Job summary

As Sales Area Manager for Norway, you will take full ownership of your territory, leading and developing your sales team to deliver on ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop your sales team in line with ALK Leadership and Coaching Model.
  • Plan and execute the Area Action Plan (AAP) to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
  • Drive multi-channel engagement with healthcare professionals, using ALK's RISE framework to optimize customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with proven success in team leadership or coaching roles.
  • Strong commercial and business mindset, with excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
