    Assignment Description

    Description of department: Drive adoption of shared service and service management to enhance customer centricity, flow, prioritization and transparency, enabling GOTE to become the preferred technical service provider by Manage GOTEs Service portfolio - enable and govern creation and visualization of EPN GOTE's services Optimize usage of ServiceNow and service management Ensure customer centricity

  • Ensure quality, simplification and standardize GOTE service catalogue and presentation of services in a customer/user frindly way
  • Create/update best practice and governing documentation related to service management
  • Proactively analyze and identify improvements related to service catalogue and task management/performance

    • Qualifications

  • Proactive, structured, strong analytical and technical writing skills with eyes for details and improvements.
  • Consultancy skills and service minded.
  • Analytical and structured - strong attention to numbers and details.
  • Customer mindset and competence in writing and presentation skills.
