Job summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Package Engineer-Rotating Equipment for our team in Asker Oslo. The successful candidate will act as the package engineer for rotating mechanical equipment including pumps and compressors perform technical evaluations of supplier quotations serve as the technical liaison with suppliers customers and other disciplines manage package follow-up during installation mechanical completion and commissioning review and approve supplier documentation handle technical queries.- Minimum BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
- At least 8 years relevant experience as a Package Responsible Engineer PRE for pump compressor packages
- Familiarity with NORSOK API 610 API API API API Norwegian regulations
- Excellent communication skills English spoken written Strong critical thinking problem-solving abilities Commitment meeting deadlines quality requirements Ability travel frequently required
