We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Kristiansand, Norway.

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Génie Civil, has won the design-build contract awarded by Statens Vegvesen, a company owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, to build the new section of the E18-E39 urban motorway between Gartnerløkka and Kolsdalen in Kristiansand, Norway, at a cost of more than €234 million (NOK 2,755 million).

Eiffage Norge is looking for an ambitious and structured person who will contribute to good quality in the company's financial department.

You must have experience from cost control and good communication and collaboration skills. If you want to expand and contribute your knowledge alongside skilled and committed employees in this exciting project, this may be the job for you


YOUR MAIN TASKS

Reporting to the Project Director:
Oversee the financial management information of the project
Manage administrative tasks
Facilitate information flow between finance and other stakeholder departments
Ensure system compliance of all data there in with respect to Financial Regulations
Oversee the cash management of the business and report on it as required
Develop team members and provide continuous support for all individuals associated with Finance
Review / implement processes of the Department, in coordination with Project Management Plan
Ensure appropriate application of internal control procedures
Report, on a monthly basis, to the PMT and to the Head Office the financial status of the Project
Attest invoices
Review and issue budget for PMT approval
Monthly financial closing
Be involves in subcontractors contract and follow the IPC
Preparation of financial statements for management reports on monthly basis, including cash flow forecasts and payments status from client and to subcontractors
Attend the Coordination Meeting of the Project

What We Are Looking For

Master's degree in finance
1–3 years of experience in cost control in construction or civil engineering
Fluent in english. Norwegian will be an advantage.
