    We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Kristiansand, Norway.

    Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Génie Civil, has won the design-build contract awarded by Statens Vegvesen, a company owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, to build the new section of the E18-E39 urban motorway between Gartnerløkka and Kolsdalen in Kristiansand, Norway, at a cost of more than €234 million (NOK 2,755 million).

    YOUR MAIN TASKS

    Your role the document controller is responsible for managing, classifying, and distributing all documents and information related to a project. They ensure that all stakeholders have timely access to relevant documents.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the completeness of documents sent to the client and the accurate reflection between the client's tool and the project tool.

    • Ensure that the management of internal validations complies with project strategies.

    • Ensure that client comments are incorporated into the project tool.

    • Monitor technical documents and administrative documents.

    • Ensure the compliance of documents and modifications made.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient workflow.

    • May replace the document controller during their leave.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in document management systems.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with other team members.

    • Experience in using document management software, such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Mezzoteam.

    • Attention to detail and rigorous

    • Pro active

    Reporting to: Document controller Senior  

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Qualifications: Diploma or degree on doc control

    • Certifications related to QA/QC

    • ISO 9001 at least

    • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.

    • Ability to handle interfaces and work in multidisciplinary teams.

    • Fluent in Norwegian and English

    • At least 5 years' experience of civil engineering projects

    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and appropriate tools for the discipline

    • Good written verbal and communication skills in English
