- Optimalisere og implementere effektive arbeidsprosesser og retningslinjer
- Håndtere booking og allotment i samarbeid med Revenue og Sales Manager
- Koordinere tjenester om bord på våre skip
- Jobbe tett med vårt kommersielle team om strategier og aktiviteter
- Bidra til utviklingen av våre booking- og CRM-systemer
- Dokumentert erfaring med å lede og utvikle team
- Sterke analytiske evner og sans for å optimalisere prosesser
- Evne til å sette høye standarder og skape struktur i en voksende organisasjon
- Gode språkkunnskaper og flytende i norsk og engelsk; Kan du også et tredje språk er det en fordel
- Sterke IT-ferdigheter, spesielt i Microsoft Office og bookingsystemer
- Erfaring med implementering av nye bookingsystemer er en fordel
- Evne til å trives i et hektisk miljø og bevare oversikten i travle perioder
