There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

Aker Solutions is looking for a Planner with experience in onshore or offshore projects. The project is based in Trondheim and will be led from there.

Position Responsibilities:

Establish project schedules aligned with business strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project progress meets targets.

Monitor project plans, milestones, and critical paths.

Coordinate communication among stakeholders and contractors.

Provide planning and trend analysis.

Develop proposals for schedule recovery.

Perform other assigned tasks.
Skills and Levels Description:

Fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Proficiency in Safran software.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Economics.

Strong cooperation skills, positive mindset, and proactive communication.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively.
