    Clearing Operation Manager

    Nord Pool is Europe's leading power market, and we're looking for a Clearing Operation Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in optimizing the exchange of electricity in Europe and beyond.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Operational Clearing Expert
      • Daily Monitoring: Oversee clearing and settlement cycles, monitoring collateralization of Nord Pool's Members, and working closely with our Risk Team.
      • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch support via telephone and email to our members.
      • Member Engagement: Present Nord Pool Clearing to members in collaboration with our Markets team.
      • Rotational Duty Participation: Participate in rotational duty arrangements, which take place on Norwegian banking days within working hours.
    • Project and Improvement Driver
      • Process Enhancement: Support the continuous improvement of business processes to meet customer expectations and ensure robust operations.
      • Project Leadership: Initiate and manage new projects in collaboration with relevant teams across the organization.
      • Ad Hoc Contributions: Drive or assist with departmental priorities and ad hoc tasks as needed.

    Requirements

    • Hold a degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
    • Have professional experience in finance, audit, or other relevant areas.
    • Be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
