    Job Purpose

    The Workshop Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our subsea services team. You will be responsible for meticulous workshop and logistics planning, ensuring the seamless delivery of our projects.

    You will also be part of SSI (Standardization, Simplification and Industrialization) initiatives, driving process improvements that make a tangible impact on our efficiency and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and update a workshop schedule with focus on duration and milestone dates
    • Coordinate activities between project, workshop, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure progress and on-time delivery
    • Maintain workshop forecast and identify risks and opportunities for stakeholders
    • Ensure inventory accuracy of equipment and spare parts
    • Evaluate availability and request equipment from customers and rental departments
    • Plan and initiate the transport of operational equipment, spares, and consumables

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree or Teknisk fagbrev within planning logistics OR minimum 5 years of experience within supply chain management
    • Strong skills in both written and spoken English
    • Structured and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
