Who are we?
Clarion Hotel Oslo opened in August 2019 and has since become a well-known and highly recognized hotel in a national and international context. The hotel is located in Bjørvika, Oslo - a city district that is pulsating with a mix of big city life and harbor promenades, bars and restaurants. What are we looking for:
We are currently looking for motivated and eager waiters to join our banquet department as extra helps, where you will be partaking in service during dinners, award ceremonies, galas and more - and you will be a part of a highly skilled and professional team. Our hotel hosts events varying in size and complexity, and we take great pride in being flexible, forward-thinking and professional - no matter what type of event we are the venue for. Previous experience as a waiter (either à la carte, banquet&Event or other) is preferred but not required for the position.

Work tasks connected to the position:

• Work as a waiter during events ranging in size from small to large.
• Prepare event space or venue before guests arrive.
• Serve and cater to guests needs during service.
• Delivering great service as an ambassador for the hotel.
• Have a entrepreneurial mindset concerning sales.
• Build knowledge about menus, allergies, beverages or other.
• Work with event bars.
• Partake in cleaning and resetting of event space or venue after events.
• Actively contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.
