Function
Our client is seeking a QC Lead for the Wergeland site in Sløvåg, where assembly of a floating offshore wind installation is currently underway.
Responsibilities
Establish and follow up quality plans for the site.
Secure and manage all quality‑related documentation, including work packages.
Perform continuous QC follow‑up during the assembly phase.
Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager and onsite HSE personnel to ensure project quality requirements are met.
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager based in Stavanger.
Requirements
Experience with QC activities on site — ideally from energy, offshore, construction, or heavy industry.
Strong understanding of documentation requirements and structured management of technical documentation.
Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility to ensure tasks are completed.
English proficiency is sufficient — Norwegian is not required.
Must be available for daily onsite work (not a rotation role).
