    Technical Superintendent
    . In this role, you'll develop and implement our ROV technical strategy, support and grow the team's expertise, and ensure safe and efficient subsea solutions.

    This onshore position is based at
    Husøy, Karmøy
    , and requires flexibility to travel on short notice.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain ROV technical policies, procedures, and processes.
    • Support, develop and expand the ROV technical operations in line with business strategies.
    • Report and advise Group Subsea Operations Manager in all matters related to ROV technical issues.
    • Budget and financial responsibility
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and development within ROV technology.
    • Perform research to keep updated on latest ROV technology developments and innovation.
    • Manage, guide and support ROV personnel.
    • Ensure ROV deliveries are in compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
    • Involved in crew planning
    • Support tender as required
    • Project support

    Skills:
    Proven experience with leadership, time management, able to have multiple activities and scenarios running simultaneously.

    Qualifications:
    BSC or higher graduation within Mechanical, Subsea, Marine/Naval Engineering, or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and/or education/training.

    Experience and knowledge:
    Specific knowledge of Marine and ROV Technical standards and legislation, demonstrated knowledge of offshore operations, ROV technology and subsea tooling..
