- Manage the assigned portfolio
- Manage all outgoing marketing communication together with regional managers
- Manage most of the Sales material in and out
- Delivering customer's communication fully documented in CRM
- First line phone and email correspondence with customers together with other sales team members
- Improve merchant's and travelers knowledge and expertise with our services
- Store visits to our merchants
- Manage travellers' infrastructure into Norway and be the one keeping track of the players in the market
- Manage tourism organisation for communication towards travellers and participate in meetings and conferences related to this
- Manage pre enrolment communication together with regional manager
- Printed material responsibility together with regional manager
- Educational background from Sales, Marketing or Retail related studies
- Fluent Norwegian and English both speaking and writing
- Customer oriented with good communication and sales skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Problem solving and result oriented
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
- Driving license

We are looking for an Account manager to join our team as fixed term maternity leave cover. In this role you will carry overall responsibility for managing and developing the assigned customers' portfolio. This includes visiting the customers, training, and improving customer's knowledge with our services and new digital solutions as well as business development, business statistics, CRM and other documentation.
For this position we seek an individual that has recently graduated and have a background from Sales, Marketing or Retail -related studies and strong customer orientation. Also, we expect that you have good collaboration, communication and negotiation skills.
Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

In this role you will report directly to the Managing Director. The holder of the position will also closely collaborate with Accounting, Refunding, IT, Processing, Marketing -teams.
