- Check-in and check-out guests in our Opera/Scorpio system
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill guests' wishes and needs
- Contribute to increased sales
- Participate in and actively work towards department goals
- Handle bookings and retrieve invoices
- Respond to guest inquiries, both electronically and in person
- Handle cash transactions

After a long day of traveling, there's nothing better than being greeted by a friendly face welcoming you warmly. That's what we do every day at the reception of Scandic Havet.
The reception is the natural meeting point of the hotel, so you'll be at the center of the action. We may not always know what challenges we'll face during a workday, but one thing is certain - when we align the departments at the hotel, everyone will support our guests' needs and wishes. We do this together.
Your responsibilities as a receptionist:
