    We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Kristiansand, Norway.

    Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Génie Civil, has won the design-build contract awarded by Statens Vegvesen, a company owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, to build the new section of the E18-E39 urban motorway between Gartnerløkka and Kolsdalen in Kristiansand, Norway, at a cost of more than €234 million (NOK 2,755 million).

    Eiffage Norge is looking for an ambitious and structured person who will contribute to good quality in the company's financial department. You must have experience from cost control and good communication and collaboration skills. If you want to expand and contribute your knowledge alongside skilled and committed employees in this exciting project, this may be the job for you

    YOUR MAIN TASKS
    You will be responsible to follow the quality execution of construction field, self-performed and sub -contracted works.

    You will monitor the self-performed execution of work and sub-contracted one, you will identify all controls are compliance with the requirements.

    To do this, you must ensure that the self-checks by subcontractors are completed on time, and that the quality control forms are submitted and compliant with the ITP (Inspection Test Plan).

    You will ensure the monitoring of field controls for construction, whether in-house or subcontracted work.

    You will conduct field controls and record them using the appropriate project tools.

    You should monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and standards.

    In coordination with the QC leader, you will verify that all necessary documentation for the work (such as method statements, ITPs, and materials approvals) is compliant, validated, and recorded in the project tools.

    If necessary, you will open non-conformity reports and assist teams in conducting root cause analyses.

    You will ensure, in coordination with the QC Leader, that the documentation necessary for site takeover or handover (snag list) is compliant and in place.

    In collaboration with the QC leader, you will provide feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of the controls performed and the associated tools.

    SKILLS :
    You are a hands-on person who enjoys being in contact with people. You are pedagogical, rigorous, detail-oriented, and proactive.

    Ability to accurately interpret drawings, schematics, and technical specifications

    Reporting to: Quality Control Lead

    What We Are Looking For

    • Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Civil works
    • Certifications related to QA/QC
    • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
    • Ability to handle interfaces and work in multidisciplinary teams.
    • Fluent in Norwegian and English
    • Master's degree
    • At least 5 years' experience of civil engineering projects
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and appropriate tools for the discipline
    • Good written verbal and communication skills in English
