I have recently moved to Oslo to join my partner, who works in audit here.

I have a solid background in accounting, consolidation, and IFRS, and now I would love to expand my experience further either in the same field or into other areas of finance. I’m enthusiastic about learning new skills and taking on fresh challenges to broaden my financial expertise. I approach tasks with diligence and commitment. I enjoy looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency. 

I speak English and Czech, and study Norwegian. I am still at an early level, but I study regularly and aim to reach a usable level for daily communication and work.

My most recent and significant professional experience is from Allwyn, a significant European lottery group, where I worked as an IFRS & Consolidation Specialist. In this role, I collaborated on preparing IFRS consolidated financial statements for multiple international entities. I was directly responsible for a specific sub-consolidation within the group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. My responsibilities included integrating some newly acquired entities, performing trial balance mapping, and managing goodwill, NCI, intercompany eliminations, and other consolidation adjustments. I advised group entities on reporting standards and provided external auditors with supporting documentation in my assigned areas to ensure timely and accurate submissions. I worked with SAP BPC and later with OneStream consolidation systems, and used MS Excel daily to create templates for additional data collection, preparation of disclosure information, and data analysis.

My highest and most relevant education is a Master's degree from the Prague University of Economics and Business (Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze), where my major specialisation was Accounting and Business finance.
