I have spent more than three decades working in contract and subcontract management on large capital projects across Europe, including Sweden and the Netherlands, as well as Asia Pacific, Africa, and North America. My experience ranges from hands on site based contract administration to leading regional commercial activities and overseeing complex subcontract portfolios on major engineering and construction programs. Over the years, I have managed the full contract lifecycle from tender preparation and negotiations through change management, claims resolution, and closeout. I am accustomed to working within lump sum and reimbursable commercial models, protecting project margin, and resolving issues before they escalate. My approach is practical, commercially focused, and grounded in close collaboration with engineering, construction, procurement, legal, and project control teams to ensure contracts support delivery rather than hinder it.

My academic background combines advanced commercial and legal training with a strong technical engineering foundation. I hold an LL.M. and MBA in Negotiations and International Business, which strengthened my expertise in complex contract structuring, cross border commercial strategy, dispute resolution, and international regulatory environments.

In addition, I hold both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. This engineering education provides deep technical understanding of industrial systems, construction methodologies, and capital project execution, enabling me to bridge effectively between commercial, legal, and engineering teams in large scale project environments.
