Nani Aziz

I'm a 24-year-old young lady, medical secretary. In my current and previous job, I have always prioted to deliver above patient expectations.  I am quality conscious and versatile, and am comfortable with hygiene routines, administration and assistance of various types of dental treatment.

I enjoy working closely with the entire dental team to prevent disease. In order to achieve good results and satisfied patients, I am solution-oriented and communicate well with patients and colleagues. I see the value in always being two steps ahead of the therapist, and having a good overview of the clinic.

I work perfectly fine independent and will in teams. I have good experience from the program OPUS. I have have relevant clinical experience and good knowledge of the dental health service's social mission. I had varied tasks in connection with the treatment of differen types of patients. Not least, adminstrative lasks important resource in the clinic's infection work. 

I'm able to express myselv very well, both orally and in writting. In english, arabic, norwegian  and different Scandinavian languages.

Infetion control

Assist in all treatment situations. I've been involved in pulling, implanting and assisting surgery as well.

Disinfection, sterilization and maintenance of instruments and equipment.

Handles dental treatment materials and the most common medicines (under the supervision of a dentist).

Ordering and storing consumables. 

Takes X-rays and simpler laboratory work.

Prepare equipment and instruments for patient care.

Prepare the treatment rooms before and after each patient.

Provides service to patients, relatives and partners. 
 
Administrative work such as control of OPUS, activity planning, timebooks, administration, accounting, inventory, monthly equipment orders, reporting, record keeping, providing training to others, communication with patients and relatives in meetings, telephone and email, and not least the partners in the municipal health services, refugee service, business contacts, have had control of everything in the sterile room.  

I worked alone with 4 dentists for about 4 mounths

And worked in other clinic alone with 3 dentists
